At Midou Coffee Roasters, we used to sell 1000ml packs of outsourced manufactured iced coffee. Due to the impact of the coronavirus, we temporarily halted the production. However, we are now introducing "Dunk Coffee" in a different form. To reduce the burden on our customers due to processing costs and rising material prices, we offer an easy-to-make iced coffee that you can enjoy at home. 生豆で調湿保管している新鮮な珈琲生豆をご注文ごとに焙煎して販売しています。
通常サイズ＝生豆230ｇを焙煎し、およそ192〜5ｇの煎り上がり（ミディアムロースト）
半量サイズ＝生豆115ｇを焙煎し、およそ92〜95ｇの煎り上がり（ミディアムロースト）
焙煎の目方は、豆の水分値で若干変わります。
Freshly roasted coffee, shipped on the same day it is roasted, offers an exceptional aroma upon arrival.
Here are the standard sizes available at our shop:
【Regular Size】We roast 230g of raw beans, resulting in approximately 192-195g of roasted beans (medium roast).
【Half Size】 We roast 115g of raw beans, resulting in approximately 92-95g of roasted beans (medium roast).
【One-drip type coffee】It is sold in units of 6. Processing all 230g of regular raw beans into drip packs yields 18 units of one-drip coffee.
The weight of the roasted beans may vary slightly depending on the moisture content of the beans.
