【Return Policy】
Generally, as coffee and baked goods are food items, returns are not accepted. However, this policy does not apply in the case of damage upon arrival of the goods.
【Return Deadline】
Returns must be requested within 7 days of product arrival. We will bear the responsibility for "defective products or mistakes made by our company." In the event of accidents such as damage during delivery, please contact us. We will promptly send a new product at our expense, covering both shipping and handling fees.
